In the early hours of a summer morning in Temple Hills, Maryland, the life of 18-year-old Marc Sabian Allen, a Black/African American male, was tragically cut short. On July 19, 2020, at approximately 2:30 a.m., officers from the Prince George's County Police Department responded to the 2900 block of St. Clair Drive after receiving a report of a shooting.
