In the summer of 2020, a grim discovery was made on the streets of Baltimore. On the evening of June 25th, at approximately 9:57 p.m., authorities responded to a vehicle fire on the 900 block of E Hoffman Street. Inside the burning car, which had apparently crashed, they found the body of 35-year-old Ronald Gladney. An initial investigation revealed that Gladney, a Black male, had been shot. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
