In the early evening of March 30, 2020, tragedy struck in Oxon Hill, Maryland, when 33-year-old Howard Nakia Graham was fatally shot. The male victim was discovered by Prince George's County Police officers at approximately 7:40 p.m. in the 800 block of Southern Avenue, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene. A second individual was also wounded in the incident but sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
