In the early morning hours of March 15, 2020, the life of 64-year-old William Lockett, a male resident of Baltimore, Maryland, was tragically cut short. He was discovered at approximately 4:25 a.m. on the 1300 block of Woodington Road in the Edmondson neighborhood of West Baltimore. Emergency services transported him to the Maryland Shock Trauma Center, where he was pronounced dead.
