In the winter of 2020, a dispute over a marijuana transaction in Baltimore spiraled into a tragic series of events, claiming the life of 31-year-old Cordelle Wayne Bruce Jr. On January 14th, Bruce was involved in an argument at the Alameda Shopping Center.
