In the late hours of an autumn evening, the life of Colby Omar Woodard, a 32-year-old male, was tragically cut short. On October 2, 2019, in the parking lot of the Cranbrook Shopping Center in Cockeysville, Maryland, Woodard was shot. Despite being wounded, he managed to run into a nearby Quick Mart to seek help. Emergency services arrived, but his injuries proved to be fatal, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
