On a late summer morning in Baltimore, Maryland, the life of 31-year-old Dominique Harvey was tragically cut short. On August 12, 2019, at approximately 10:46 a.m., Harvey, a Black male, was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds in the 6100 block of Shipview Way in the southeastern part of the city. Despite being rushed to a nearby hospital, his injuries proved to be fatal, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
