In the summer of 2019, a burst of gunfire shattered the quiet of a Temple Hills, Maryland neighborhood, leaving a man fatally wounded on a sidewalk. The incident occurred on the afternoon of Sunday, July 28th, in the 4000 block of 21st Place.
