In the summer of 2019, the life of 17-year-old Donte W. Webb Jr. was tragically cut short in Baltimore, Maryland. On the night of July 13, at approximately 10:05 p.m., Webb was found shot at 600 E 38th St. The young man, a male, succumbed to his injuries, his death ruled a homicide by shooting.
