In the early evening of April 10, 2019, a report of a suspicious vehicle led Prince George's County police to a grim discovery in the 3200 block of Ryan Drive in Suitland, Maryland. Inside the car, officers found 23-year-old Kevin Givens, a male resident of Southeast Washington, D.C., suffering from a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
