In the early morning hours of October 1, 2018, the life of 30-year-old Phillip Holloway was tragically cut short on a street in his native Baltimore, Maryland. Responding to a report of a shooting in the 3000 block of Belmont Avenue in the Rosemont neighborhood, officers from the Southwest District of the Baltimore Police Department made a grim discovery.
