In the early morning hours of April 7, 2018, the life of 28-year-old Marquis Johnson was tragically cut short in Baltimore, Maryland. The incident unfolded outside of Bill's Place, a carryout restaurant on West Baltimore Street, a popular spot for late-night crowds.
