In the early hours of a spring Saturday, the life of 19-year-old Emani Marshall, a Black female from Dundalk, Maryland, was tragically cut short. On March 31, 2018, she was found inside an apartment in the 2600 block of Loyola Southway in north Baltimore, the victim of a fatal shooting.
