On a cold February evening in Baltimore, Maryland, the life of 28-year-old Jasmine Chandler was tragically cut short. On February 25, 2018, Chandler and a pregnant friend, Mia Robinson, were sitting in a parked car in the 5100 block of Park Heights Avenue when they were ambushed by a shooter.
