In the late summer of 2016, the life of Anthony Lamont Marshall, a 34-year-old Black male from Baltimore, Maryland, was tragically cut short. On the afternoon of September 8th, his body was discovered inside a vacant apartment situated in the 4400 block of Plainfield Avenue.
