Charles Damon Hall, a 43-year-old Black man, was found shot and killed in his Greenbelt, Maryland, home on the evening of April 27, 2016. Greenbelt police officers responded to a report of a gunshot in the 6900 block of Hanover Parkway. Upon arrival, they discovered Hall deceased inside the residence.
