In the city of Baltimore, a young life was tragically cut short on February 21, 2016. Gerald W. Hill Jr., a 22-year-old Black male, was found shot on the 1700 block of North Hilton Street. First responders arrived at the scene around 8:15 p.m. to find Mr. Hill suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite their efforts, he succumbed to his injuries at the scene. His death was ruled a homicide, adding to the city's growing count of unsolved violent crimes.
