On the evening of October 30, 2015, a 21-year-old man named Anthony Rucker was fatally shot in Baltimore, Maryland. The incident occurred around 9:30 p.m. in the 700 block of E. North Avenue in East Baltimore. Rucker was standing outside a corner grocery store with a group of friends when an individual approached them and opened fire.
