In the winter of 2015, the life of 18-year-old Victor Underwood was tragically cut short on the streets of Baltimore, Maryland. On Saturday, January 31, 2015, Underwood, a Black male, was fatally wounded in a shooting that occurred in the 3000 block of Liberty Heights Avenue. The incident was recorded as one of the city's homicides for the year.
