68 year old man shot to death for witnessing a murder In the late hours of a Friday night in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, 68-year-old David Walker was found deceased behind the wheel of his Chevrolet Impala. It was September 8, 2017, and Walker had sustained multiple gunshot wounds. The shooting occurred around 9:45 p.m. in the 3600 block of Seneca Street.
