In a tragic and bizarre incident in Baltimore, Maryland, 28-year-old Darnell Mitchell lost his life on Wednesday, July 16, 2014. The male victim was shot and killed while participating in a filmed test of a ballistic vest. The event took place at 2208 Cedley Street in the afternoon.
