On a summer evening in Bladensburg, Maryland, the life of 22-year-old Larry Nathaniel Williams was tragically cut short. On July 2, 2014, at approximately 9:15 p.m., officers from the Bladensburg Police Department responded to a report of a shooting in a parking lot on the 5000 block of 57th Avenue.
