In the quiet residential neighborhood of Brentwood, Maryland, the life of 21-year-old Eisenhower Kevin Victor was tragically cut short on the night of December 9, 2011. A Black/African American male, Victor was a beloved son, brother, and grandson, known for his time as a high school football player at Northwestern High School, where he played both running back and linebacker.
