In the Algiers neighborhood of New Orleans, on the evening of May 15, 2017, a burst of gunfire shattered the night, leaving a scene of violence that would claim the life of 24-year-old Roy Noel. Two other individuals were also wounded in the triple shooting, their lives forever altered by the sudden and brutal attack. Noel, known to his loved ones as 'Peppa Bean,' was a native of Marrero and resided in Gretna, Louisiana.
