On June 24, 2022, Ramir R. Martin, a 22-year-old resident of Syracuse, NY, tragically lost his life in a violent incident. The Syracuse Police Department responded to a call around 1:45 p.m. regarding a shooting on Midland Avenue. Upon arrival, officers discovered Martin unconscious in a vehicle that had crashed into a tree. It was evident that he had been shot multiple times.
