Jan Perez, a 46-year-old resident of Rochester, NY, tragically lost his life on May 8, 2022, in a fatal shooting incident. The incident occurred around 12:45 PM on North Plymouth Avenue, where Perez was found with a gunshot wound to the upper body. He was pronounced dead at the scene by responding officers.
