Roxann Bond, a 47-year-old Caucasian woman, was found deceased on Thanksgiving evening, November 24, 2016, in an industrial area of North Baton Rouge, Louisiana. A mother of three, Bond was described by her family and friends as being strong-willed and kindhearted.
