Gina Josephine Baca, a 45-year-old woman from Angola, New York, was tragically found deceased on July 1, 2021, in a wooded area off Route 438 in the Town of Brant. Her death was the result of a fatal shooting that occurred on June 26, 2021. Gina had been reported missing by her family, which led to an extensive search by the New York State Police and the Seneca Nation of Indians Marshals. Her body was discovered with gunshot wounds to the head and left side, indicating a violent end to her life.
