Bashawn Williams, a 39-year-old resident of Elmira, NY, tragically lost his life on February 7, 2021, as a result of a shooting incident. The Elmira Police Department responded to reports of gunfire in the area of West Sixth Street and Johnson Street around 1:13 A.M.
