Man found dead in roadway In the early morning hours of July 28, 2016, the body of 29-year-old Cortdarryl Armstrong was discovered lying in the roadway in the 3900 block of Iroquois Street in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Responding officers from the Baton Rouge Police Department determined that Armstrong had been the victim of a shooting.
