In the early morning hours of November 26, 2017, a night of socializing turned tragic for Reginald Peller, a 31-year-old male from Rochester, New York. After spending time at the bars, Peller attended an afterparty on Arlo Street. A few hours later, he left the party with a friend who was giving him a ride.
As they were walking to his friend's car on nearby Terry Street, their movements were captured by a home surveillance camera. The footage shows them walking towards a blue Mitsubishi.
