Vincent Castro, a 31-year-old resident of Staten Island, New York, was found dead on August 10, 2017. His body was discovered in the basement apartment of his home on Market Street in Port Richmond. Castro had been shot twice in the chest, and his death was reported by a customer who had gone to his home to buy marijuana.
