Demetrice Dukes, a 23-year-old resident of Rochester, NY, tragically lost his life on July 26, 2016. Dukes was found shot inside a vehicle on Weaver Street near Hudson Avenue in the early hours of the morning. Responding officers discovered him with at least one gunshot wound. Despite being rushed to the hospital, Dukes succumbed to his injuries shortly after arrival.
