Luis Garcia-Pizzaro, aged 35, was tragically shot and killed on January 20, 2016, in Rochester, New York. The incident occurred on Leo Street in the northeast part of the city. According to police reports, Garcia-Pizzaro was found with multiple gunshot wounds to his upper body. He was discovered shortly after noon in front of 15 Leo Street, near the intersection with Remington Street. Despite being transported by ambulance to Strong Memorial Hospital, he was pronounced dead upon arrival.
