In the early hours of a Wednesday morning, the Algiers neighborhood of New Orleans was shattered by violence that claimed the life of 45-year-old Shannon Williams. On December 2, 2015, just before 1 a.m., Williams was found lying in the street on the 1200 block of Bellevelle Street, having been shot multiple times. He was rushed to a nearby hospital, but tragically succumbed to his injuries. Williams was a male resident of the area.
