In the spring of 2015, the life of Darrell James Fortune, a 57-year-old man from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, was tragically cut short. Known affectionately by many as 'Darrell the Plumber,' Mr. Fortune was found deceased in his residence on Hollywood Street on Sunday, April 12, 2015.
