On a Sunday afternoon in the Algiers neighborhood of New Orleans, a burst of violence shattered the calm, leaving one man dead and another wounded. Dwight 'White' Leon Clark, a 50-year-old male, was identified as the man who lost his life on January 25, 2015, in a double shooting that unfolded just after midday in the 2800 block of Kent Drive.
