Joseph Riley, a 26-year-old resident of Fresno, California, tragically lost his life on December 14, 2022. The incident occurred at the Superior Smoke Shop located at Blackstone and Princeton Avenues. On that fateful day, the Fresno Police Department responded to a ShotSpotter activation and found Riley suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite being transported to the hospital, he succumbed to his injuries. Alongside Riley, a 19-year-old man was also shot in the face but survived and was ...
