Kacy Lloyd, a 48-year-old resident of Los Angeles, was tragically shot and killed on August 21, 2022, in Long Beach, California. The incident occurred just before midnight in the 6700 block of Harbor Avenue. Lloyd was standing next to his parked vehicle when he was fatally shot. Responding officers found him with a gunshot wound to his upper body, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
