Robert Chavez, aged 36, tragically lost his life on August 14, 2022, in Perris, California. The incident occurred shortly before 1 a.m. when Chavez was involved in a confrontation with two other men. During this altercation, Jonathan Manriquez, a 23-year-old probationer from Lake Elsinore, allegedly pulled out a handgun and fired multiple rounds.
