Timothy A. Blevins, a 63-year-old White male from Bakersfield, was killed on June 7, 2022, in a grim double homicide in Oildale, where deputies were sent to the 700 block of Decatur Street after a report that two men had been found with what appeared to be gunshot wounds. By the time authorities arrived, both victims were already dead.
