On the night of November 5, 2021, Haitham Arranaga, a 20-year-old resident of Perris, California, was tragically killed in Moreno Valley. Deputies from the Moreno Valley Station responded to multiple reports of gunfire at around 10:00 PM near Elm Avenue and Clover Court. Upon arrival, they found Arranaga suffering from gunshot wounds.
