Vitalina Joga, a 51-year-old waitress from Roseville, California, tragically lost her life on June 21, 2021. She was shot and killed while working at the House of Oliver restaurant. The perpetrator, Johnnie Jordan, was her ex-fiancé. On the day of the incident, Jordan entered the restaurant in broad daylight and fatally shot Joga. Following the shooting, he drove to the South Placer jail and turned himself in. Joga's death was a devastating blow to her colleagues and the community, who remember ...
