In the early hours of Saturday, May 18, 2013, the life of 20-year-old Donovan Jarrad 'Don' Dugar was tragically cut short in New Orleans, Louisiana. At approximately 12:36 a.m., he was discovered in the 5100 block of Congress Drive, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds. Emergency services pronounced him dead at the scene.
