On the night of November 7, 2020, Daves Fernandez, a 28-year-old man from Corning, California, was tragically shot and killed in Willows, CA. The incident occurred around 10:44 p.m. near the Cedar Hills Apartment complex on North Humboldt Street. Residents reported hearing a single gunshot and observed two individuals fleeing the scene towards the apartment complex.
