Who killed this 19 year old? Darren Lorenzo Brown, a 19-year-old African-American male, was fatally shot on the evening of Sunday, September 9, 2012, in New Orleans, Louisiana. The incident occurred at approximately 11 p.m. at the intersection of Apricot and Cherry Streets, just a few blocks from where he was raised. Authorities arriving at the scene discovered Brown lying in the street in front of a bar with multiple gunshot wounds to his head and body. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
