James Lynn Roby Jr., a 25-year-old resident of Fresno, California, tragically lost his life on September 22, 2020. The incident occurred while he was sitting in his car in Central Fresno. According to reports, James was shot multiple times in the face and upper body. When the police arrived at the scene, they found him critically injured, and despite efforts to save him, he succumbed to his injuries.
