Rony Alexander Jovel, a 23-year-old Latino male, tragically lost his life on September 16, 2020, after being shot near 11125 De Garmo Street in Pacoima, California. According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner's records, Jovel was shot on September 13, 2020, while waiting for a ride with a friend.
