A weekend of violence in Baton Rouge culminated in the death of 23-year-old Danjae Parker in May of 2012. Parker was seated in a vehicle when he was tragically shot in the head. Alongside him, the driver of the car also sustained a gunshot wound to the upper body but survived the ordeal.
