In the New Orleans neighborhood of St. Roch, on the evening of April 6, 2022, the life of 29-year-old Shaquille Michael Cooper was tragically cut short. An African American male, Cooper was a lifelong resident of the city and a graduate of Penn Foster High School. That night, at approximately 8:36 p.m., he was shot multiple times in the 1800 block of Music Street.
